Sales Trainer (B2C & B2B)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join a Dubai‑based client. The role involves coaching, mentoring and enabling both B2C and B2B sales teams to achieve outstanding results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes for new and existing team members.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to equip new hires with essential knowledge and skills.
• Coach sales professionals on consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation and closing techniques.
• Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and recommend targeted development plans.
• Work closely with sales leadership to improve team performance and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver refresher training, workshops, role‑play sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales training, sales enablement, B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle and modern sales methodologies.
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring, onboarding or developing sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
