Salesforce Project Manager

About the role

Fox Talent is looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to work onsite with a semi‑government client in Abu Dhabi. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical Salesforce teams, ensuring solutions meet organisational goals, regulatory standards and service‑excellence expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between client business units and Salesforce delivery teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, department heads and end‑users.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions and solution‑design discussions.
• Ensure implementations comply with client policies, governance and compliance standards.
• Oversee change‑management, user adoption and stakeholder communication plans.
• Support project planning, prioritisation and roadmap development.
• Monitor solution performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal developers, architects, QA and support to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Provide regular status updates and executive‑level insights to client leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce‑focused roles such as Business Analyst, CRM Manager or Product Owner.
• Proven experience managing relationships with government or semi‑government entities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working onsite in client‑facing environments.
• Solid understanding of business‑process mapping and requirements management.
