SAP Enterprise Architect – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of a multi‑entity SAP S/4HANA RISE transformation in Dubai. The role will bridge business capabilities with technology, enforce a clean‑core strategy and oversee system‑integrator deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise architecture strategy, solution blueprints and transition planning for SAP S/4HANA RISE, ensuring adherence to “Clean Core” principles and SAP BTP extensions.
• Lead Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, guide business units (Manufacturing, Logistics, Projects, Trading) toward SAP best‑practice processes and reduce custom RICEFW overhead.
• Design and manage global data harmonisation, master data management (Business Partners, Materials, Chart of Accounts) and data migration pipelines using ChainSys platforms, while complying with UAE PDPL.
• Establish enterprise analytics framework with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS views), SAP Datasphere, and downstream reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Qlik Sense.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of progressive IT delivery, solution architecture and enterprise‑level SAP leadership.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA RISE, SAP Business Technology Platform and large‑scale system‑integrator engagements.
• Strong understanding of clean‑core governance, data harmonisation and analytics strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business leaders and technical teams.
