SAP Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture blueprint for a multi‑entity SAP S/4HANA RISE transition in Dubai. The role will drive technical governance, enforce Clean Core principles, and ensure high‑quality System Integrator deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy, solution blueprinting and transition planning for SAP S/4HANA RISE.
• Enforce Clean Core principles, using SAP Business Technology Platform for extensions and integrations.
• Chair architectural evaluation, eliminate legacy technical debt and control RICEFW customizations.
• Oversee System Integrator deliverables, ensuring design quality and scope containment.
• Facilitate Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and guide business units toward SAP Best Practices.
• Define and govern global data harmonisation, Master Data Management and migration pipelines (ChainSys).
• Ensure compliance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and data sovereignty requirements.
• Define enterprise analytics framework using S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP Datasphere and reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense).

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of progressive IT delivery, solution architecture and digital core leadership.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Clean Core and Fit‑to‑Standard methodologies.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale SAP transformations and System Integrator governance.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, Master Data Management and UAE data protection regulations.
