SAP IAM Contractor – 6-Month Role

About the role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a SAP Security Subject Matter Expert to join its ERP Transform division in Dubai on a 6‑month contract. The role focuses on SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) across multiple SAP solutions, supporting the Group’s omnichannel retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP role and authorization structures for S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, Ariba, CAR and BTP.
• Implement and integrate SAP IAG, IAS and IPS with SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Automate HR‑driven joiner, mover, leaver processes and identity lifecycle using Joule for IAG.
• Lead role design, remediation, rationalisation and governance programmes at enterprise scale.
• Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, rule‑set maintenance and risk remediation.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP IAM components (IAG, IAS, IPS).
• Proven expertise in SAP role and authorization design across the listed SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of SoD concepts, access analysis and risk mitigation.
• Experience in retail or large‑scale enterprise environments is a plus.
