SAP Retail Solution Architect

About the role

The SAP Retail Solution Architect is responsible for defining and governing the end‑to‑end retail solution architecture for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role ensures seamless integration across retail merchandising, omnichannel commerce, POS, warehouse management (EWM) and the SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR, EWM, POS and e‑commerce platforms.
• Design omnichannel retail architecture supporting stores, digital commerce and distribution networks.
• Lead implementation of SAP CAR capabilities including POS data ingestion, demand consolidation and real‑time retail analytics.
• Define end‑to‑end retail processes such as merchandising, pricing, promotions and omnichannel fulfilment.
• Ensure seamless integration between retail systems, supply‑chain systems and finance.
• Provide architecture governance across functional, data and integration workstreams.
• Support retail rollout strategy across pilot markets and full deployment waves.
