About the role

Revere Montessori is seeking a full‑time School Administrator to manage daily operations of its early‑childhood campus in Dubai. The role ensures smooth administrative flow, supports families and staff, and upholds the Montessori learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee admissions, enrolment, and student record management.
• Coordinate communication with families, teachers, and external partners.
• Handle scheduling, reception duties, and general office management.
• Assist the educational team in organizing events and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from children, parents, and visitors.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with experience handling documentation and records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse families and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and school‑management or office software, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a busy school setting.
• Previous experience in education or school administration is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in administration, education, business, or a related field is preferred.
