About the role
We are looking for a School Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate and dedicated, able to give students the freedom to think and empower them to become independent learners. The position is full‑time and based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Applicants must submit a resume/CV, passport‑size photograph, and degree certificate as part of the application process.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in career counseling, social services, or education (distance education or open university degrees not accepted).
- Minimum 2 years of counselling experience preferred.
- Dynamic and creative approach to motivate students.
- Excellent team player with good IT and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
