School Inspector

About the role

The School Inspector will assess schools to ensure they meet established standards in teaching, learning, leadership, student achievement, and health & safety. This full‑time position supports schools in maintaining high quality education and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and report on school performance, covering teacher effectiveness, student outcomes, leadership quality, facilities, and health & safety compliance.
• Provide actionable advice and recommendations to schools needing improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Education or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching, school management, or school inspection.
• Proven experience evaluating teacher performance, student achievement, school leadership, premises, and health & safety.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or bilingual proficiency is a plus.
