Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school.
• Implement and monitor school policies, curricula, and teaching‑learning programs.
• Supervise student assessment processes and uphold health‑and‑safety standards.
• Oversee student welfare, staff recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain accurate enrollment registers, attendance records, and facility management.
• Manage school resources, equipment, and budgeting in line with institutional goals.

Required profile

• Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven experience in school administration or comparable leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the Children Act and relevant health‑and‑safety legislation.
• Ability to foster a collaborative culture among teachers, students, and parents.
