Scrum Master – Agile Delivery Lead

About the role

Astra Tech is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across its consumer‑technology and communication platforms. You will act as a servant leader and agile coach, helping cross‑functional product and engineering squads deliver high‑quality software on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to align sprint goals and priorities.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and promote continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Track and analyse sprint metrics such as velocity, burn‑down, and cycle time.
• Guide teams in adopting agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and techniques suited to fintech product cycles.
• Collaborate with compliance, security, and data teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in agile mindset and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent agile certification.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development.
• Proven experience in consumer platforms and familiarity with fintech regulatory environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
