Scrum Master – Digital & eCommerce Projects

About the role

A leading retail group in the GCC is seeking a Scrum Master to drive critical digital, eCommerce and mobile development projects. The role is contract‑based for six months and requires on‑site presence four days a week in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives) for multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure smooth delivery of digital, eCommerce and mobile initiatives using SaFe Agile practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Remove impediments and support continuous improvement across teams.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing stakeholders to align project goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master on Agile projects.
• Background in MarTech, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Loyalty web/application initiatives.
• Extensive experience with SaFe Agile Delivery.
• Retail or consumer‑facing project experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai at least four days per week.
