Seasonal Photographer & Videographer for Hospitality Brand

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Photographer and Videographer to join Addmind Hospitality’s team in Dubai on a seasonal basis. The role will capture high‑quality visual content across our venues, events and brand campaigns, bringing our nightlife and lifestyle destinations to life.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot photo and video content at venues, including events, performances, F&B offerings and ambiance, often in low‑light, high‑energy settings.
• Produce marketing, social media, press and internal assets, delivering same‑day highlights when required.
• Edit and colour‑grade photos and videos to align with brand guidelines, preparing files for web, print and social platforms.
• Coordinate shoot schedules with venue management, marketing and events teams, and liaise with artists and talent.
• Maintain and archive camera, lighting and audio equipment, ensuring all assets are backed up and organized.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to match content with campaign goals and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Media Production or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of professional videography/photography experience, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, F&B or entertainment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event, venue and lifestyle work.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
