Secondary Market Property Advisor – Dubai

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and seeks a motivated Secondary Market Property Advisor. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping clients buy and sell secondary‑market properties while leveraging fresh leads and comprehensive marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads for secondary‑market transactions.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai property trends and pricing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
• Provide excellent client service and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or sales.
• Previous secondary‑market experience in Dubai/UAE is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
