Secondary Sales Manager – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Secondary Sales Manager to lead our Dubai secondary real‑estate team. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, mentor property consultants, and expand our market presence in the secondary sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Property Consultants.
• Generate new listings and close secondary market transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Provide market insights and strategic guidance to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Dubai real‑estate experience, including at least 2 years as a Team Leader.
• Proven track record in the Dubai secondary market with an active portfolio of listings.
• Specialisation in a specific Dubai community and deep local market knowledge.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business‑development abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
