Secondary Sales Manager

About the role

The Secondary Sales Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for managing and growing secondary market property sales, overseeing a portfolio of listed properties, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand secondary market property sales and maintain a qualified lead pipeline.
• Supervise, mentor and coach a sales team, tracking performance and setting targets.
• Conduct market analysis, prepare pricing strategies and sales plans.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations and transactions with buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to maximise property exposure.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations.
• Build and nurture relationships with brokers, investors and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in secondary real‑estate sales or brokerage, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, lead generation, client relationship management and negotiation.
• Ability to analyse market trends, pricing and investment potential.
• Experience managing and coaching a sales team, including performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UAE real‑estate regulations, contracts and transaction processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
