Security Coordinator – Passport & Visa Verification (Shift‑based)

About the role

Join the Emirates Group Security team as a Security Coordinator focused on passport and visa verification. You will help protect the airline’s operations by ensuring that only admissible passengers travel on Emirates flights.

Key responsibilities

• Access information on inadmissible passengers, decide necessary actions and inform relevant departments (flight coordination, accommodation, deportation reports).
• Perform travel‑document checks on assigned flights and conduct behavioural analysis to prevent illegal immigration and unlawful interference.
• Liaise with immigration authorities, embassies and police across the network to stop carriage of inadmissible passengers.
• Support training of Emirates staff and ground‑handling agents to raise awareness of illegal‑immigration detection.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documents, manuals and records for audit purposes.
• Contribute to the review of SOPs, contracts and other operational documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in security or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work a shift roster, including day and night shifts.
