Security Guard & Supervisor Walk‑In Interview – Dubai

About the role

MBK Security Services is conducting a walk‑in interview in Dubai for multiple security positions, including Security Guard, Security Supervisor, CCTV Operator and Access Control Officer. Candidates with hotel security experience and a valid SIRA licence are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and ensure safety of guests and property.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report incidents.
• Manage access control points and verify credentials.
• Supervise junior security staff and coordinate with hotel management.
• Maintain incident logs and prepare daily reports.

Required profile

• Valid SIRA licence or certificate (mandatory for guard and CCTV roles).
• Previous hotel security experience for relevant positions.
• Visit visa or cancelled visa holders are welcome.
• Good English communication skills.
• Physically fit with a professional appearance.
