Security Officer – Female CCTV Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Security Officer (Female – CCTV) to join the team at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, part of Anantara Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi. The role involves maintaining a safe environment for guests, staff and assets, while operating the resort’s CCTV system and supporting the security manager.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and follow all operational security procedures across the property.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
• Provide courteous service to guests, staff, vendors and contractors.
• Conduct daily briefings and maintain presence in the assigned area.
• Handle incidents and emergencies with sensitivity, conduct investigations and prepare reports.
• Perform formal searches of employees, locker rooms and work areas when directed, with HR present.
• Maintain regular training and stay updated on security protocols.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a professional attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, staff and management.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to follow instructions from the Security Manager and HR.
