Security Program Manager

About the role

Noon’s Group Cybersecurity team is looking for a senior Security Program Manager to drive the execution of its security roadmap across the entire group of companies. You will act as the central engine that transforms complex security initiatives into predictable, measurable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the cybersecurity portfolio execution model, including planning, governance rhythm, risk management, reporting, and closure standards.
• Drive quarterly planning for the security roadmap, defining sequencing, resource assumptions, and critical paths.
• Translate CISO priorities, regulatory commitments, and audit requirements into executable program plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Run weekly execution reviews with security leadership, enforce action closure, and manage decision deadlines.
• Build and maintain a Group Security Scorecard, defining metrics, targets, owners, and data sources for monthly reviews.
• Maintain a system of record for initiatives, tracking status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Produce executive‑ready reporting packs with consistent formats covering progress, risks, required decisions, and next milestones.
• Write concise program briefs for major initiatives, outlining scope, success metrics, owners, milestones, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
• Track hiring and onboarding critical paths for roadmap delivery milestones.
• Improve execution visibility through automation, tooling, and dashboards while minimizing overhead on teams.

Required profile

• Extensive program‑management experience leading cross‑functional portfolios across multiple teams with tight delivery expectations.
• Proven ability to drive accountability through clear communication, structured pressure, and escalation without formal authority.
• Strong capability to design and implement delivery systems, including cadence, artifacts, templates, dashboards, and consistent reporting.
• Excellent executive‑grade writing and presentation skills.
