Security Shift Leader - Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Security Shift Leader ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi. This Arabic‑speaking position requires overseeing key control, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct key control audits, manage electronic key boxes, and safeguard master keys, radios, and beepers.
• Patrol all areas, assist guests with room access, and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and handle emergency situations.
• Complete incident reports, loss‑prevention shift summaries, and daily activity logs.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security documents and ensure proper paperwork for medical treatment.
• Support and train team members, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of security or loss‑prevention experience.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and interact courteously with guests and staff.
• Physical ability to patrol the property and respond to emergencies.
