Security Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

The security operations team in Dubai is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead guard teams and ensure robust security coverage across assigned premises in the real‑estate and construction sector. This full‑time, onsite position requires strong observation, coordination, and incident‑handling abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel across all assigned posts and shifts.
• Conduct regular patrols, spot checks, and verify that guards remain at designated locations.
• Brief staff before each shift on site conditions, assignments, and special instructions.
• Monitor visitor entry, access points, and movement within restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, emergencies, and security concerns.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
• Coordinate shift handovers and ensure clear communication of critical information.
• Liaise with site representatives, maintenance teams, and emergency services as needed.
• Inspect CCTV coverage, gates, barriers, alarms, and other security equipment.
• Ensure compliance with site rules, safety procedures, and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in construction or real‑estate environments.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Strong discipline and leadership skills to guide guard teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security procedures, visitor management, and incident reporting.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control, and alarm monitoring.
