Security Supervisor (Dubai)

About the role

The organization is looking for a responsible Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations in a real‑estate and construction environment. You will ensure a safe, secure, and well‑organized workplace while coordinating a team of security guards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security guards across daily shifts.
• Monitor access control systems and enforce site security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Ensure guards adhere to company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct.
• Plan shift schedules, staff deployment, and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Communicate security concerns and updates to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in security supervision or a related field.
• Certification in security or related discipline.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain discipline.
• Strong awareness of safety and emergency procedures.
