Security Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead the security operations within our hospitality environment in Dubai. The role involves overseeing shift activities, ensuring guest safety, and maintaining compliance with fire and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise security shifts, guiding colleagues and participating directly in daily operations.
• Provide supervisory support to all security officers in the department.
• Ensure House Officers conduct at least two property tours per shift to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for security.
• Review and follow‑up on incident, loss, and accident reports.
• Administer the hotel’s key control program on a daily basis.
• Oversee fire life‑safety policies and procedures in line with Dubai Fire Department regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience working in a hotel security environment.
• Sense of urgency and ability to act quickly.
• Pre‑opening experience and prior work in the Middle East are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office products.
• Experience using Hotsos security software.
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems.
