Security Supervisor – Hotel Property

About the role

The Security Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at the Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. This role involves proactive patrols, emergency response, and coordination with law‑enforcement and medical services.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate EMS when needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Support management in training, coaching and enforcing the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and handle physical demands.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Effective communication and incident reporting.
