Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the security team at Salayel Hospitality, ensuring the safety of employees, guests, and assets across the property. This role involves coordinating with on‑site security staff, contractors, and relevant government or military entities to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel, monitor patrols, and manage night‑shift rotations.
• Control entry points by verifying gate passes and required documentation.
• Coordinate with the Security Document Controller for approvals and record‑keeping.
• Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities and enforcing security policies.
• Prepare detailed incident, alarm, and complaint reports, including witness statements and signatures.
• Respond to security incidents and assist official authorities as needed.
• Evaluate performance of security staff and recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing preventive measures and risk‑mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; military background is a plus.
• SIRA and DPS certifications are mandatory.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar security role within 5‑star hotels or comparable environments.
• Certified in first aid, fire safety, and bomb threat response.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
