Security Supervisor

About the role

As the Security Supervisor at Mama Shelter Dubai, you will lead the security team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will be the primary point of contact for all security operations, from daily patrols to emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and motivate the security team, ensuring clear role understanding.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the hotel to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Monitor CCTV, access‑control and alarm systems, responding swiftly to any suspicious activity.
• Lead shift briefings and debriefings to keep the team aligned and informed.
• Perform inspections and enforce access‑control procedures to protect guests, staff, property and restricted areas.
• Investigate incidents such as theft, damage or unauthorized access, documenting findings and reporting them appropriately.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, alarms and unexpected situations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and manage a security team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong situational awareness and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for briefings, debriefings and incident reporting.
