SEM Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEM Manager to lead our paid search efforts for Easygenerator in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end SEM strategy, driving pipeline and revenue through data‑driven campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search strategy across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Shopping campaigns.
• Manage multilingual campaigns for multiple markets, leveraging AI, Smart Bidding and scripts to scale efficiently.
• Integrate ad accounts with the CRM to enable value‑based bidding and optimise for real pipeline and revenue.
• Own conversion tracking setup, including enhanced conversions, server‑side tracking and attribution models.
• Design, test and optimise landing pages through CRO and A/B experiments.
• Monitor budget, forecast spend and build dashboards reporting CAC, CPL, ROAS and pipeline metrics.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to keep the strategy competitive.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEM experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech scale‑up.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale Google Ads accounts; Microsoft Ads experience a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Looker Studio, SQL or advanced spreadsheet modelling.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
