Senior Account Executive – Turkey Startups

About the role

We are looking for a senior Account Executive to join Cloudflare’s Digital Natives team in Dubai, focusing on Turkey’s startup ecosystem. The role drives enterprise‑level sales cycles, acquires new logos and expands existing accounts by aligning Cloudflare’s platform with complex customer architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute territory and account plans to exceed multi‑million‑dollar sales targets, emphasizing new‑business acquisition.
• Lead proactive pipeline management, deliver accurate forecasts and provide strategic guidance to sales leadership.
• Deeply understand customers’ IT architectures and map them to Cloudflare Reference Architectures to close large‑scale platform deals.
• Orchestrate multiple complex engagements across business units, influencing technical and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Lead virtual teams of specialists, product managers, deal desk and legal to close deals.
• Act as a digital‑transformation authority, positioning Cloudflare as a strategic enabler for customers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience with a proven record of exceeding multi‑million‑dollar quotas.
• Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to C‑level and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing large, complex contracts.
