Senior Account Manager – Advertising & Brand Activation

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated advertising and brand activation campaigns for key clients in Dubai. The role bridges client expectations with creative, strategy, production, and external partners, ensuring seamless execution from concept to reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact.
• Translate client business objectives into clear creative briefs and campaign plans.
• Lead integrated campaigns through briefing, development, production, execution, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, media, production, and activation teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor market, competitor, and consumer trends relevant to assigned accounts.
• Support and mentor Account Executives and junior team members.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive account profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management or client servicing experience in an advertising, creative, or integrated marketing agency.
• Proven track record managing major client accounts and multi‑channel advertising campaigns.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience handling campaign budgets and profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.
