Senior Account Manager – Group Finance & Tax

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will be based in our Abu Dhabi office and will own group‑level accounting and tax compliance for the UAE free‑zone holding entity and the Indonesian subsidiary. This is a hands‑on, technical position reporting directly to group leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS and reconcile Indonesian PSAK reporting to group IFRS.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end close for both entities and act as primary contact for external auditors.
• Maintain Qualifying Free Zone Person status, classify revenue, monitor de‑minimis thresholds and file UAE corporate tax returns and VAT.
• Coordinate with external transfer‑pricing advisors, own intercompany data, implement policies in the books and handle tax authority information requests.
• Perform multi‑currency accounting (AED, IDR, USD, EUR), intercompany reconciliation, cash‑flow forecasting and support banking, trade finance and letters of credit.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of accounting experience with strong international trade exposure.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent.
• Deep IFRS expertise, hands‑on experience with UAE free‑zone corporate tax and qualifying income analysis.
• Working knowledge of transfer pricing sufficient to brief and challenge external advisors.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
