Senior Account Manager

About the role

Our client is an established agency in Dubai serving high‑profile international brands. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to own a key client account, drive campaign delivery and act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationship with a key client, serving as trusted point of contact.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives.
• Lead projects from brief through delivery, managing timelines, budgets and quality.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creative, strategy and production teams.
• Coordinate multiple projects across workstreams, ensuring alignment and timely approvals.
• Prepare and lead client meetings, status updates and presentations.
• Identify potential challenges early and propose practical solutions.
• Support account growth by spotting opportunities to expand scope of work.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of agency experience in advertising, creative, marketing or communications.
• Proven track record in client servicing and end‑to‑end account management.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows and ability to coordinate creative, production and strategy teams.
• Excellent client‑facing and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to develop and retain client relationships.
• Highly organised with strong project‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and verbal English; experience with regional or international clients is a plus.
