Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead our accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance. The role works closely with the Finance & Accounts team to provide strategic insights and support the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely accounting entries, including daily updates of Mollak receipts and proper allocation of collections.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
• Manage and reconcile the Chiller Account, handling receipts, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Lead and coordinate audit processes for all projects, covering interim, final, and budget audits.
• Oversee supplier payments in line with RERA guidelines and process payments through the designated escrow account.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision‑making and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with strong financial management background.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mollak system.
• Proficiency with ANACITY software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
