Senior AI Agentic & Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior AI Agentic & Automation Engineer to lead the design and delivery of an autonomous employee‑agents platform and executive automation systems in Abu Dhabi. The role combines AI research, full‑stack development, and enterprise workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise multi‑agent reasoning workflows using LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex.
• Build and scale workflow automations with n8n and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Architect, implement and maintain backend services, APIs, micro‑services and integration layers for agent orchestration.
• Integrate internal databases, enterprise systems, Tally accounting software and third‑party APIs.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, verification layers and evaluation mechanisms to reduce hallucinations.
• Manage AI/ML model training, fine‑tuning, evaluation and deployment on Hugging Face and GPU‑enabled environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI engineering, software/backend engineering, automation or full‑stack development.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI agents and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
