Senior Analyst - Capital Development & Equity

About the role

DIEZA is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Analyst to support its investment team throughout the full deal lifecycle. You will work on due diligence, financial modelling, and the preparation of senior‑management presentations for capital development and equity opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for investment opportunities, coordinating with external consultants and partners as needed.
• Prepare financial models and sensitivity analyses to assess investment viability.
• Perform detailed financial and business analysis to evaluate feasibility.
• Develop investment decks for presentation to senior management.
• Assist the line manager in structuring and negotiating commercial terms.
• Provide ad‑hoc support on departmental tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or successful completion of CFA Level 1.
• Relevant experience in similar analyst roles within corporate finance or investment environments.
• Strong quantitative abilities and sound commercial judgment.
