Senior Analytics Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Analytics Specialist at Etihad Airways, you will work within the Operations Reporting & Analytics team to transform operational data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Manager of Operations Reporting & Analytics, you will support multiple departments by delivering high‑value analytical solutions that drive cost savings, network optimisation and fuel efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain self‑serve dashboards and reports to support cost‑saving and network optimisation initiatives.
• Calibrate, monitor and report on predictive models, providing monthly performance insights to senior leadership.
• Research and propose enhancements to business processes using advanced analytical techniques.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across operations.
• Share knowledge and up‑skill team members in predictive modelling, forecasting and machine learning.
• Manage user acceptance testing and rollout of new analytics systems and upgrades.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, report development and data visualisation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
