Senior Architect – High‑End Residential & Hospitality

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing architecture and interior design studio in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Architect to lead technical development on high‑end residential, hospitality and mixed‑use projects. This position offers a clear pathway toward a Technical Manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical development from design development through construction.
• Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages and specifications.
• Ensure all technical output is clear, coordinated and fully buildable.
• Act as the primary technical contact for queries across projects.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Drive quality across technical stages, including QA and drawing standards.
• Support and guide junior architects, providing direction and feedback.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on project delivery and technical direction.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering high‑end residential projects, especially large private villas or bespoke homes.
• Proven ability to manage complex detailing and technical coordination.
• Confident in leading technical stages and taking ownership of delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Aspiring to step into a Technical Manager position and take on greater responsibility.
