Senior Architect Site Supervision

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the full spectrum of architectural design and site supervision for a variety of asset types. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure design excellence, safety, and compliance across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
• Integrate design packages across disciplines and champion Safety in Design.
• Lead the design process from concept through detailed design for residential, mixed‑use, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, civic and cultural projects.
• Prepare, develop and edit drawings, presentations, material schedules, FF&E schedules and mock‑ups.
• Conduct qualitative design reviews and provide recommendations to executive management.
• Supervise architects, designers and other professionals within the department.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal departments to resolve design issues.
• Monitor technical compliance throughout design and construction phases.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial and commercial project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of risk management, scope definition and international standards.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on high‑profile projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
