Senior Architect (Site Supervision)

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the full spectrum of architectural design for a variety of asset types, ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards. Working as part of the senior management team, you will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
• Integrate design packages across disciplines and champion Safety in Design principles.
• Lead design delivery for residential, mixed‑use, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, civic, and cultural typologies.
• Prepare, develop, and edit drawings, presentations, and comprehensive documentation from concept to detailed design.
• Supervise architects, designers, and other professionals, conducting qualitative design reviews and providing recommendations to executive management.
• Oversee material schedules, FF&E schedules, sourcing, and mock‑ups.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve design issues within budget.

Required profile

• Extensive experience (13+ years) in architectural design and site supervision.
• Strong understanding of financial and commercial aspects of projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on high‑profile projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
