Senior Architectural Manager

About the role

Azizi is seeking a Senior Architectural Manager to lead architectural supervision across high‑rise tower projects in Dubai, ensuring design intent, quality and compliance from foundation to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural supervision activities on high‑rise tower projects, reviewing works on site for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and design teams to resolve architectural discrepancies and design queries.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of finishes, facades and detailing, and approve shop drawings, material submittals and mock‑ups.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defence) and building codes.
• Manage snagging/de‑snagging processes, review RFIs, technical submittals and variation requests, and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects, site architects and architectural inspectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred) with 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Proven background in consultant supervision firms and high‑rise tower construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, local authority approval processes and construction standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with architectural inspection and site supervision.
