Senior Artist Partnerships and A&R Manager

About the role

Serve as the primary point of contact for artists and their management teams across Anghami’s key initiatives, building trusted long‑term relationships and ensuring the artist’s perspective is represented throughout the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own artist partnerships for Anghami Elite and Sawt Jdeed, handling identification, outreach, negotiations and monthly commitments.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with artists, managers, labels and internal teams such as Music Marketing, Editorial, Social, PR, Product, Tech and Events.
• Identify emerging talent in the MENA music ecosystem and recommend artists that align with Anghami’s strategy.
• Develop and deliver quarterly artist workshops and masterclasses across the region.
• Represent Anghami at industry events, concerts and showcases to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in A&R, artist relations, label partnerships or a related music‑industry role.
• Deep knowledge of the MENA music ecosystem with an existing network of artists, managers and labels.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships and to manage multiple artist engagements simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Based in the UAE with flexibility for regional travel.
