Senior Asset Operation Specialist

About the role

The Senior Asset Operation Specialist will join Bybit’s Asset Operations team in Abu Dhabi, overseeing the complete lifecycle of digital assets on the platform. This senior position is responsible for onboarding new tokens, maintaining listed assets, monitoring liquidity and risk, and driving yield optimisation while ensuring security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, testing and launch of new tokens and chain assets, including main‑net deployment, parameter configuration, fee adjustments and network verification.
• Continuously monitor asset performance and coordinate with Wallet, Security and Finance teams to guarantee fund security, adequate positions and stable operations.
• Manage post‑listing operations such as contract upgrades, token rebranding, asset repricing and public announcements.
• Track ecosystem developments (main‑net upgrades, contract migrations, etc.) and assess their impact on the platform, developing appropriate response strategies.
• Monitor, flag and rapidly respond to asset‑related risk events, including network anomalies, price irregularities, contract issues and position gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital‑asset lifecycle management within a cryptocurrency exchange or similar financial platform.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate asset performance and risk indicators.
• Demonstrated capability to work cross‑functionally with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance and Marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills to publish announcements and coordinate incident response.
