Senior Associate - AI Strategy & Partnerships

About the role

G42 Healthcare is seeking a Senior Associate to join its AI Strategy & Partnerships team. You will work at the heart of G42’s AI function, helping shape the company’s AI growth strategy, evaluate strategic partnerships, and translate complex analyses into clear executive narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market, competitive and ecosystem data to produce fact‑based insights for senior leadership.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative business cases for AI initiatives, partnerships and investments.
• Support the evaluation, structuring and tracking of strategic AI partnerships, coordinating technical, legal and commercial inputs.
• Prepare concise, executive‑ready presentations, briefs and decision documents.
• Assist cross‑functional delivery of AI strategy initiatives, monitoring milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Monitor AI market trends and emerging technologies, synthesising insights into actionable opportunities for G42.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university with strong academic performance; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• At least three years of relevant experience in strategy analysis, business case development or partnership support.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear narratives.
