Senior Associate – Asset Management (Hotel Operations)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Associate to support asset management across our hotel portfolio in Dubai. The role serves as the central coordination point between hotel operators, Enova, internal teams and senior leadership, providing executive assistance to the Vice President while driving reporting, governance and CAPEX processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio reporting, dashboards, budgets, forecasts and management packs for hotels, Enova and corporate offices.
• Track priorities, performance metrics and deliverables, ensuring timely follow‑up with key stakeholders.
• Manage governance processes, approvals, CAPEX requests and DocuSign workflows.
• Maintain contracts, records and documentation to guarantee compliance and timely approvals.
• Support procurement, invoicing, payments, budgeting and financial reporting activities.
• Lead ESG, sustainability, compliance reporting, audits and Health & Safety initiatives.
• Provide executive support including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense processing and presentation preparation.
• Act as the primary liaison between hotel operations and corporate functions to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in hotel operations.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and hotel P&L reporting.
• Excellent executive administration, stakeholder coordination, governance and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a proactive and highly organized approach.
