Senior Associate – EPM

About the role

Own and manage the Enterprise Performance Management platforms that support Aldar’s core finance processes – financial consolidation, tax, and financial planning & analysis – across the Group and its subsidiaries. The role spans Oracle EPM and Anaplan and requires close partnership with Group Finance and Tax teams throughout planning, close and filing cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and evolve the EPM landscape, ensuring platform health, reliability, and alignment with finance and tax calendars, while monitoring performance and capacity.
• Partner with finance, tax and planning teams to translate detailed process requirements into platform solutions, select the appropriate system, and drive user adoption through training and support.
• Manage the enhancement backlog, specify functional requirements, coordinate testing, and release changes via the outsourced Solutions Factory and platform vendors, adhering to strict release windows.
• Own integrations between EPM platforms, Oracle ERP and other source systems, guaranteeing reliable data flows, master‑data alignment, and accurate cross‑platform reconciliation.
• Provide priority support during close, filing, budgeting and forecasting windows, coordinating incident resolution and service requests with Technology Operations, managed services and vendors to protect critical deadlines.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of hands‑on experience with Enterprise Performance Management platforms, including Oracle EPM and Anaplan.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Oracle EPM or Anaplan certifications are a plus.
