Senior Associate – International Taxation (M/F)

About the role

ATOZ is expanding its Dubai office and seeks a Senior Associate to join its International Taxation team. The role involves delivering corporate tax advisory and cross‑border structuring services for sophisticated clients across the UAE, Luxembourg and other jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide international corporate tax advice, including cross‑border structuring, tax analysis, compliance and regulatory matters.
• Manage tax engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Lead client onboarding, maintain relationships and identify opportunities for additional value.
• Support business development in Dubai through networking, presentations and event participation.
• Contribute to thought leadership by preparing technical content and market insights.
• Monitor changes in international and local tax legislation and assess impact on clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Tax or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in a Big Four or specialised tax advisory firm focusing on international corporate taxation.
• Strong knowledge of international corporate tax and cross‑border matters; experience with UAE or Luxembourg tax is a plus.
• Previous experience in Dubai or the UAE is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication and client‑management skills in English; French is an advantage.
• Commercial mindset with interest in business development and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment.
