Senior Associate - Loyalty CRM & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to lead Loyalty CRM and Digital Marketing initiatives for Chalhoub Group in Dubai. The role will support the group’s loyalty marketing strategy, drive key performance indicators and integrate loyalty across multiple touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital and CRM campaigns that increase member engagement, retention and advocacy.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Analytics, CRM, Product, Digital Media and Operations to design, segment, test, launch and optimise loyalty programmes.
• Support the establishment of loyalty as a core brand asset through channel performance optimisation and omnichannel execution.
• Monitor and report on loyalty KPIs and OKRs, identifying audience segments and conversion levers within budget.
• Work with third‑party agencies to create and implement multi‑channel loyalty marketing initiatives while safeguarding the brand DNA.

Required profile

• Proven experience in loyalty marketing, CRM and digital marketing within a retail or luxury environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with analytics, product, media and operations teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to track performance and optimise campaigns.
