Senior Associate Martech & AI Enablement

About the role

The Senior Associate – Martech & AI Enablement will own and evolve the marketing technology, measurement, tracking, automation, and AI enablement ecosystem that supports customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and commercial decision‑making. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, technology, analytics, and operations, ensuring platforms are integrated, governed, measured, and used effectively across the full customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing technology stack across acquisition, CRM, analytics, attribution, CRO, and reporting; evaluate, implement, and optimise platforms, integrations, workflows, and governance processes.
• Lead vendor onboarding, usage reviews, documentation, and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Optimise automated lifecycle journeys (acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, win‑back) by configuring triggers, workflows, segmentation, suppression logic, and campaign QA processes.
• Ensure data synchronization between CRM, marketing automation, website, app, BI, and customer‑support platforms.
• Own end‑to‑end tracking and tagging governance, including Google Tag Manager, event taxonomy, conversion tracking, pixels, and SDK coordination.

Required profile

• At least 48 months (4 years) of experience in marketing technology, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex technology ecosystems and drive high‑impact use cases.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working cross‑functionally across marketing, data, product, and operations teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure clear governance, QA, and measurement.
