Senior Associate - PMO

About the role

ALDAR is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The role will drive the implementation of the EPMO strategy, establish governance frameworks, and support high‑impact projects across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end identification, prioritisation and delivery of strategic projects and programmes.
• Define and maintain methodologies, tools and organisational structures for initiative management.
• Coordinate milestones, inter‑dependencies and risk escalation with business owners.
• Report progress, risks and achievements to senior management.
• Allocate EPMO manpower, plan resources and monitor task priorities.
• Maintain initiative governance, roles and organisational structures.
• Assist sponsors in improving project plans and artefacts.
• Conduct quality assurance on deliverables and manage change requests.
• Identify training needs, recommend courses and track effectiveness.
• Support ad‑hoc strategic and special projects and collaborate with the Strategy team on research and analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project Management Office role.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles with teams of 5‑25 members.
• Background in real‑estate, corporate holding structures or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives in CX, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Data, Innovation or Process Improvement.
