Senior Associate - Speaking Engagement Preparation

About the role

The Senior Associate will support the Chief AI Officer of G42 Healthcare in preparing high‑quality briefing materials, talking points and narratives for global speaking engagements. Working at the intersection of AI and executive communications, the role ensures that complex AI topics are translated into clear, audience‑focused content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop briefing notes, talking points and background documents for speeches, panels and public forums.
• Adapt content to different audiences, formats and regional contexts while maintaining alignment with G42 messaging.
• Research upcoming events, audiences, speakers and themes to provide strategic context and positioning recommendations.
• Collaborate with the AI Philanthropy & Executive Relations team and internal AI sub‑functions to ensure consistency and credibility of external communications.
• Translate technical AI concepts into compelling executive narratives for diverse stakeholder groups.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to structure complex information into clear, concise narratives.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, global affairs and executive‑level communications.
• Proactive team player comfortable coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.
